Set version for underlying elements in baseline ?
« on: June 18, 2020, 04:46:49 pm »
When creating a baseline I want to set the version for all underlying elements in the package.
Can that be done directly in EA and in that case how ? If not: can it be done with at script and do you happen  to have an example ?

I do not want to use a version control system such as subversion.

I have seen "Clone structure as new version", however that will create a lot of elements. I really only want to accomplish a snapshot that
can be looked at when needed, normally all work is done on the coming version - you do not want maintain parallell major versions of a package.

Thanks in advance

You can use the feature "Update Status"

See Design | Model | Manage | Update Status
