publish EA model to a wiki?
« on: June 20, 2008, 06:33:24 pm »
EA can export to HTML, but is there a way to export an entire model to a wiki such as Atlassian Confluence?
Thanks,
Miguel

That's a really interesting question.
I'm currently working on a custom document builder, the output of which will write to either a wiki or a word document.

I'd be interested to know if there is something that already does it though.

Thanks.

CA.

I have extracted various views from an EAP and published as wiki pages.  An example being an information glossary.  A business person is able to search a wiki page and click straight through to the diagram within the HTML version of the EA project.

I did this using excel/vba.  It is a bit of a hack, but happy to share offline.

Could you give more details about your vba?

Thanks

Was there any more progress on this topic?  I'm trying to find a way to allow users to search the published HTML report.

Thanks.
