Cannot find "Version Control Settings" a

I'm currently evaluating EA 11.1 ultimate trial (and using EA 9.3 corporate edition).
I'm trying to integrate my model with Team Foundation Server source control. I used source control integration (via controlled packages and XMI import/export) in former EA versions. But now I cannot find the "Version Control Settings" menu anymore. It is not available in project menu anymore. There is also no context menu at packages related to source control as described in EA help.
So what happened to this feature? Where can I find and activate it?
