Different diagram printing within sections

I am trying to generate a document with two diagrams in one section. I want to list and document the elements on one diagram but not the other. I know how to use the template to document the elements in a table, but I can't see how to exclude one of the diagrams. I also can't see how to use two different templates as they are two subsections within a section.
Any suggestions?

I have solved it myself, thanks to those who are considering it.
The solution is to turn off the "Include all Diagram Elements in Report" option on the documentation generate dialogue box and turn it on explicitly in the "Document each contained element in RTF checkbox" in the diagram properties for each diagram where the element documentation is required.
