How to model Esri ST_GEOMETRY in Oracle?

I am trying to use the Esri ArcGIS template to model Geodatabase and trying to find out how to I model Esri ST_GEOMETRY in Enterprise Architect? I see SDO_GEOMETRY as a field datatype...but I do not see ST_GEOMETRY...how do I get ST_GEOMETRY in there? I think I am missing something really small but any help or pointers will be highly appreciated.
