Can't change stereotype "Message" into "message"
« on: March 06, 2015, 05:08:30 am »
I create new Class-element on a diagram and type "message" in stereotype field. After pressing "OK" the stereotype filed changes its contens into "Message" (first letter from lower to upper case).
When I dropdown stereotype combobox I can see "Message" and "message" items.

How to set / change element stereotype into "message"?
Where can I find (and edit) stereotypes popup list?

I just found out that stereotypes in EA are case insensitive. That's how Sparx implemented it.

Go to
Project|Settings|UML Types... (v12)
Settings|UML Types (v11 and prior)

There you can find and edit all defined stereotypes.

Also make sure you only have the MDG extensions activated that you actually use. I know <<Message>> is a standard BPMN stereotype for instance.
