Enterprise Architect Licence condition

Sorry for wrigthing it here, but I have to clear some questions about ea licencing and support is not answering.

1. Is EA licence lifetime? Or I should prolongate it every year.
2. Buying Ultimate Edition licence can I automatically upgrade to a newer version say 13 and etc.

PLEASE ANSWER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, CAUSE MY BOSS CAN CHANGE HIS MIND IN PURCHASING ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

The license is lifetime. But you get upgrades only for one year. You need to purchase a yearly maintenance (for my corporate that's about 60€) to get the most recent EA version.

Upgrading is possible at any time, provided you pay the price difference.
