How to make User Case Node?

Could anyone tell me how to make symbol like "Login" as below?
It's different from normal User Case. If you double click on this element, it will bring you a User Case Diagram.

Depends on your EA version. The context menu has either Make Composite or Add Diagram/Composite. Once you choose that the element will be composite and you can dbl-click the element to reveal the diagram inside.
