Where are "Component types" defined in EA?

I'm trying to define "Component Type" for "Code Engineering > Import source directory". In EA11 I've defined new component type in "tools>options>source code engineering>component types", but now in EA12 can't find any

All model level options are now in a single place to allow users to easily identify the scope of the option.

"Project>Settings>Project Options>source code engineering>component types"
