Where resolve issues?

Hi,
if i have add an issue to an element by the maintenance menu how and where I can enter a description of how I solved the problem?
And what is the most correct way?

I used a SQL to find all issues. Further I had some tagged values from a profile that allowed tracking. One of them was responsibility to issues could be tracked per person.
