Import Rhapsody Models -Import Failed!

Hi all,

I am new to the EA and trying to evaluate this tool vs Rhapsody to be used by my team of ~100+ engineers.
I have the latest demo version.

I want to Import Rhapsody models and see how the UML Models appear in EA and how I can use that to link with DOORS Req modules.

I followed the process as in this http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/9.3/projects_and_teams/import_a_rhapsody_model.html.

I am always getting an 'Import Fail!' in the progress bar without any error codes/messages which helps me fix the issue!

Any leads or help appreciated to solve this?

PS: I searched with keywords "Import", "Rhapspody", "rpy" and "sbs" and did not find any info in the forum apart from the document that I have Ctrl+K'd

If I were you I would contact Sparx support directly.
They will probably be able to determine what is wrong with the Rhapsody file.

I have already done that. Yet to hear back from them.
