Configuration of Diagram Visual Appearance,
« on: June 06, 2015, 02:59:26 am »
Compared with EA10, EA12 introduced intensive coloring of diagram elements. The Visual Style > Visual Appearance for Diagram seems to be the source.

Is there a way to configure the Visual Appearance to be in line with company style corporate design. Unfortunatelly, I found no setting, configuration file, regetry entry or database table to get that fixed.

It is quite annoying to set colors for each element explicitly as color styles have been remove for a while.

EA 11 introduced themes on the diagram. And still includes an EA 10 theme.

Tools | Options | Diagram | Themes | Diagram Theme

You can also make your own theme (using the pages: Gradients and Backgrounds; Standard Colors; Appearance)

Even better, you can use one theme on your screen and another for reports.
