How to know if and who deleted class or attribute?

How to know what user deleted any EA element (class, attribute, ...)?

Use Auditing Settings (I don't know how to set it) or something else?

Either use auditing (turn on via Project/Audit View/Audit Settings/Enable) or use a trigger you implement on your database.
