BPMN2 Off Page Connector

 Hi, I'm trying to create a BPMN2 off page connector as shown in this link
. From the Help Manual and online resources, I believe it's a tagged values issue but I cannot get it to work, can someone help me please, many thanks. From a usability perspective, wouldn't it be better to select this icon rather than amend other values etc?

Add an intermediate event and set its event definition tagged value to Link.

If you were to add an explicit icon in the toolbox for every combination of event type (start, end and intermediate) you would end up with about 30 icons (to cover throwing/catching etc) ... hence the three icons (start, end, intermediated) and the use of tagged values to set the explicit type/definition...

Hi, thanks for your reply, I would still argue the case that selecting even 30 icons from a drop down list is better than entering values in Tagged Values.

Can you tell me which parameters I would need to modify to change the appearance to that off an Off Page Connector? many thanks in advance,

Yes - set the eventDefinition tagged value to Link.
