HI guys

Can someone please help me can I upgrade to version 12 with my current licence. Please advise.

Yes.

But to be entitled to the latest version you need either to be in the first year since buying the licence or have signed up for annual support and maintenance. In these 2 cases you are entitled to download all new versions/builds until your period of validity expires or you renew it.

If you can log on to the registered user page you're fine. Else you need to renew.
