Encoding problem
« on: July 27, 2015, 01:35:24 am »
Hi,

I have the following problem,
say I have the following script - , it contains some text in russian, file is in UTF-8 encoding (100% sure), I'm using Jetbrains IntellijIdea. But when I'm importing this class to EA I'm getting the following - , russian phrase is shown in invalid encoding (non UTF-8).

How to fix this?

You need to upgrade to Jet4, I guess. Search the forum for Jet4. There are quite a number of threads that tell what to do (options, template model from Sparx site)

That would be a valid suggestion if this text was imported into the model in any way. Unfortunately, that's just a text editor.

Check the 'Code page for source editing' option on the Source Code Engineering page of the options dialog. (Project options for EA 12)
