How to change a view type (under the root node)
« on: July 27, 2015, 10:21:48 pm »
Is there a way to change the view type under the root node?  I want to change them all to "simple view".

Is there a way to take a sub-package under a view and move it up to the root node (so that it is a simple view under the root node)?

Is there a way to drag a view level package to a lower level package in the tree.  When I try I get the error dialog "You cannot drag a view level package to another location in the tree".

The View packages are heritage. They are fixed to the 1st level. From my POV they do not make sense. Except maybe you could assign any package some kind of view icon. But I don't dream of seeing such heritage being removed in my life time.

Do you mean setting the icon style?
Right click on the view | Set View Icon
