how to prevent new relationships are displayed????
« on: July 29, 2015, 12:56:09 am »
Hi, at first sorry for my english.

Now, this is the scenario:
1) Diagram 1: Component A link with Component B and Component C
2) When i create other diagram (Diagram 2) and i link the component B and C, in the previous diagram (Diagram 1), appear the asociation between B and C.

I want to avoid this. I want the diagram 1 stay just i maked it in that moment, without the relation between B and C.

Somebody knows how to do this?
Thanks.

So you like to confuse the readers of your model? You can do that by Context/Visibility/Hide Connector in Other Diagram. And no, you can not do that per default (except you write an add-in).

In Enterprise Architecture exists AS-IS and TO-BE views.
If some day you want to become an architect, it would be advisable for you to know this about topic, so you avoid making such basic questions of design.

Thanks, that's just what I wanted to know
