EAP-file synchronization problem

Say I have project based on EAP-file and I have 2 EA clients (A and B) which access the eap-file.

A: opens project
B: opens project
A: adds package X
B: no package X
B: reloads project // no package X
B: restarts project (close and open) // package X appears.

Is that normal behaviour? I'd expect to reload concrete package or project to get changes, but not to restart project every time   .

Reload should indeed make the package appear.

Have you reported this to Sparx?
