EA is resintant again activating other Windows

Every time, if I activate an other Window (Mail, File Manager, etc) by clicking on the taskbar or starting a new application, the EA Window remains in foreground. First after minimizing of EA Window will be the activated window visible. Bug ?

You'll find 'Always on Top' in the Window menu. I can't think of a good reason why it's there, but it's likely to be your problem.
