what is "Extension Point : " note which is created automatically in my diagram and i cant remove it.

From the Help:  Right-click on the Extend connector and de-select the Advanced | Extension Point | Show Extension Point option.

A Use Case in your model extends the behaviour of another Use Case (through the Extends connector) at a specific point (the Extension Point).

The Note is an explicit identification of the existence and identity of an Extension Point.
