Book about MDG

Hi,

if you want to make models for your stakeholders you have to customize UML to get the most of UML and EA. MDG is a proven SPARX means to do this.

The book shows the whole process from developing your domain model to test and deploying your domain model with EA MDG technology.

If you want a fast track or an overview keep thinking about the book. It contains a lot of easy to understand stuff, well ilustrated with graphics and a downloadable sample model.

The book gaves me a lot of additional insides despite the fact I have developed a lot of MDGs by my own.

Beside all: Thomas wrote more valuable books about EA, is active and helpful in the community and therefore I think it's also a good idea to support him by buying this book.

As past has shown he maintains the book and over time adds more useful content. The beauty of this concept you can influence the book development by contacting the author.

And yes, it's possible to influence the book development. I'm currently working on an update for my Inside book. I'm adding a new chapter about files and registry use plus a number of new findings.

I read through the sample and I think it provides helpful details I have not seen elsewhere.   So it is a good aid.

I had some initial input/ thoughts from the newbie perspective.  Once I get the full copy and give it a read I'll reach out to provide some personal input if you are interested.

I'd love to read it and find out what gaps I have in my own knowledge of MDGs, but unfortunately, I have an addiction to toy soldiers and will be spending all money on buying more :-)

I will eventually create one or two new bundles (maybe this weekend). I guess the price slider already allows to get a price similar to some bundle prices.
