Top Level Diagram
« on: March 22, 2004, 04:16:10 am »
Hi Sparx,
in 3.60 I was able to create a diagram on top level (just under Views) where I located all views. This does not seem to be possible under 4.00 any longer:  I circumvent this by putting the top most diagram somewhere in a package :-/. My request: re-allow creation of (package-) diagrams at top level.

Regards,

Thomas

Heya Thomas,

I have the same situation - I have 2 "navigation" diagrams directly under the Project Root.

The way I have got around it is to create a template project using 3.6. When it is imported the diagrams are still there.

p.s. you did keep a copy of 3.6 active didn't you? :)

'Twere good you do so much for charity."

Oh I forgot, we aren't doing him are we.

Hi Bruce,
I noticed this behavoiur after porting my old projects. Until now I'm too lazy to do it the way you described it and will simply wait for Sparx to have it work the old way  ;D

Btw.: many thanks to Sparx for their great support!

Cheers,

Thomas

p.s.: yes - I still have the old version, but I like 4.00 much more!
