C++ pure virtual function comment importing

In build 738 the following problem was resolved:
"C++ importing now follows options in the C++ options page for where method comments should appear"

However, it would be nice to have the tool import C++ comments on pure virtual functions ALWAYS from the .h file.  This should also be true for code generation.

What do you think?

This tool is awesome!
