Problem with the tagged values window

I am using EA 4.50.747 and ran into an annoying thing: the "/View/Other Windows/Tagged Values" menu option is checked, but the window is nowhere to be found. Nothing noticeable happens when clicking on it, it doesn't even change its state.

I must have closed it or "unpinned" (?) it at some point, but is there some way of resetting the user interface to a working default?

go to menu View > Visual Layouts > Default Layout.

I must have missed it because "Default Layout" was checked all the time...
