HTML Documentation of all root-Packages

Is it possible to generate HTML-Documentation of all root-Packages at once?

I have several root packages in my model which have references to each other / are using elements from the other root-Package. And I am only able to generate HTML-Documentation from one root package as far as I have seen.

Have anyone an idee how to generate the documenation of the whole model?
