Showing only certain columns in tables
« on: April 07, 2005, 08:01:57 am »
I have a diagram with some tables.  These tables contain many columns, some with 100+ columns.  These columns show up in the diagram >:(, but for this particular diagram I only want to show relavant columns ::).

I would like to choose which columns to display.

I noticed another post where someone wanted to hide columns.   For my implementation, I would prefer the opposite method of hiding.  Not by telling the program which columns "not" to show, but which columns "to" show.

Also I saw that the method of hiding columns was by absraction or classification (steriotype, public, private, etc).  I do not desire to show columns by a classification but by each instance.
