Help: Align notes

If I have a note (from an actor) and a use this on a report, the complete note isn't aligned to the left, even if I selected that.
The 1st line is, but the folowing lines aren't.
I changed my normal.rtf > select all (there is nothing to see, but hey, let's do some wierd stuff) > select standard > save
open template > select Use style
And still the same result  :-/
