Command ElementMoveUp missing
« on: February 15, 2006, 04:07:01 am »
Hi all!

there are commands ElementMoveDown, ElementMoveLeft, ElementMoveRight. But no ElelemtMoveUp!

I recognized because I wondered why ctrl+up behaves differently from ctrl+down etc.

So what I miss: I want to be able to move marked elements in a diagram with keyboard shortcut ctrl+up, just like ctrl+down to move them down.

I started a thread in the general forum first...

Regards, Peter

PS: I'm using EA 5.00.772, licensed corp. edition.

Just looked with the 6.1.786 release. Found MoveUp/Down in the Help Accelerator Map, but only MoveDown in the Customize/Keyboard section. Assigning Alt-Ctrl-Down did not have any effect in moving a class element in the browser, although it showed the assignment.

This is the first time I make use of this feature but I suspect it does not work as designed (IOW it's buggy).
