Modify the "Test Details" dialog - make

I think it would help both reading and entering of test information into the test scenario dialog if the dialog could, when resized to a larger size, have it's text boxes expand proportionally to better make use of any greater height. The behaviour at present is for the "Results" text box to grow at the expense of all of the others (except I guess that they all can become wider).

We've been entering a fair bit of information into the "Input" and "Acceptance criteria" text boxes and have had to create/edit the text in notepad and then copy it into these text boxes. It's pretty clunky.
