Extend "Get Package" with browse option

Hi,

I find the performance of "Get Package" that searches for version controlled packages extremely poor (in fact, EA was not responding for an entire weekend in order to find a package in a medium sized CVS tree and had to kill it).

I would like to see an alternative to this automatic search by using a 'browse' option. This will allow manual selection of version controlled packages from the specified version control configuration (and downwards).
