Notelink inconsistencies

Some Notelinks are selectable, styleable and renderable.  Attached ones aren't.  This is because they aren't true edges.  As far as EA is concerned, they are virtual edges (managed via the PDATA4 column in t_object).

However, from a user perspective this inconsistency is very annoying as you can't manage their layout.

This needs to be fixed...

I would really like this to be repaired.

I stumbled over this back in the 4.1 days, and it has dogged me ever since.
