Shape scripts, shape is orientation dependant

I Whant to create a custom shape for a port on a component.
How do I make the shape orientation dependent, i.e. it shall contain an arror poining inwards the component. So if the port is on the right side of the component, it should point left, but if it's on the left side of the component it should point right.

Look for parentedge in the help file.  It doesn't say what the possible values are, but you can work it out fairly quickly by printing it and then moving a port around.
