View Connector Notes in attached Note

When you attach a Note to one or more edges, there is a <Context Menu>|Advanced>Link to Connector Tagged Values dialog available on the note.  Apart from a bug in this functionality ([size=13]BUG: Note content for multiply attached edges[/size]), the equivalent functionality to <Context Menu>|Link this Note to an Element feature... needs to be provided.

The minimum functionality should include the ability to link to the Edge's notes (and preferably also the End's Notes).  At present, I'm not too fussed about the other features but I'll leave that for:

Makes sense to me.

Of course this would impair the uniqueness of the interface, but there'd still be lots to complain about.
