Importing BPMN Images

Hi All

How can we insert/generate BPMN images in report.

If you mean an image of a BPMN diagram, absolutely. Just like any other diagram, just use the control-b shortcut, which will paste the diagram to the clipboard. Then use the paste command of your target application to insert the image.

For example, using MS Word you'd select your diagram in EA, press control-b, switch to the spot in Word where you want the diagram and press control-v.

There are several settings that will affect how this works, although the defaults usually work well. You can find these in the following places:
  • The Tools | Options main dialog; at the top right you'll see the default format EA will use.
  • The Tools | Options | Diagram page contains settings for the maximum diagram memory (which might not affect paste operations), opaque diagram labels, and diagram frames.
