Keyboard mapping command to refresh diagram

Since there are so many continuing diagram synchronization problems, can we have a keyboard mapping command to which we can attach a keyboard shortcut?

Refreshing the Diagram manually seems to fix a lot of them.  Also, it's very handy if you are working directly in the repository.
