Provide better shape script doco

I think the shape script information included in the help file is minimal at best. It could be improved with more examples.

For example:

From the help file:

rectangle(
       int left,
       int top,
       int right,
       int bottom)

Draws a rectangle with extents at left, top, right, bottom.

Doesn't say that the values are percentages (and that's what it looks like when trying to actually draw a rectangle) (maybe "extents" hints at percentages but why not just say so?).

A white papar on using shape scripts together with a good set of examples would be very welcome.

This is an area that is still somewhat of a mystery after about two (three?) years.
