Feature Request - Priority Values

Hi

I would like to request the ability to edit and create new priority values for requirements.  Currently I beleive this is not possible and it would be of great help.

Also it would be beneficial to be able to edit all drop downs.

I'd like to add a vote for this feature: most customers have their own pet set of priorities that no amount of persuading will wean them away from.
