Instance queries required for shapescripts

Queries are needed to be able to determine in the case of Instance elements, what the Instance State and Run State variables and values are.

These could be either specific queries or additional properties made visible to shapescripts (such as name).  I suspect separate queries would be better since the HasProperty query doesn't allow the run state to return enough information.
