Request EALite install to not overwrite EA Corp Ed
« on: August 27, 2010, 07:00:01 am »
Seems like they are separage products with separate installers. There may be a reason someone would want both installed (like making sure a file opens clean in EALite before distributing)

Sure, I could have paid more attention to where EALite was getting installed. Probably less harm in installing it along side an existing version and adding EALite as a separate program in the group.

Edit:
Looks like it's just the short cuts and file association that where hijacked. On the plus side, the file association with EA partially addresses my desire to open read-only eap files without changing the read-write attribute.
