RTF Templates, Project Root and Output Documents

I have a set of templates that generate specific output documents and are generated from specific packages in my project.

Wouldnt it be nice if I could link these together permanently (or at least in a configuration somewhere) so that I dont keep overwriting files that have no relationship to the part of the project I want to document

 Have you had a look at eaDocX? Very different way of creating documents from EA. We take a document-based approach, rather than model based, which may help you.

Look at "Resource Documents" (http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/9.3/reporting/resource_documents.html).

That's exactly what you're looking for.

Or you write yourself an addin by setting a taggedvalue with the template-name and take the  
project.runreport(PackageGUID, (valueof)taggedvalue, OuptufileName)

Yes, I am evaluating it with a view to buying in the next couple of weeks. More flexible, but not as "flexible" as EA if you know what I mean [smiley=wink.gif]
