  I'm not quite sure if this proposal might miss the point but I will try: What about an integration of the "Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration" (quasi) standard OSLC. OSLC allows an easy way of realizing collaboration between all kinds of software lifecycle tools, see http://open-services.net/. OSLC will become a standard because tool collaboration always has been of great interest. Up to now, quite a number of large software companies already have realized an integration into their latest or coming releases (IBM Rational with DOORS and Rhapsody for example).
