Show Team Review posts on element

Currently, the only way to enter Team Review posts is through the Team Review window. Please integrate this better with the elements by:
- showing posts on the element (for example a simple count of the posts to which this element is linked)
- an extra tab in the properties of the element.
- allowing for adding a post to an element from the diagram (by the magic arrow for example).

This way, Team Review would be far more valuable and easier to use.
