Request a feature

I just submitted a formal feature request, and saw this:

"Sparx have an established history of listening to their users, and working to build the most flexible and capable tool for a wide range of uses."

Based on irritated comments in the forum about longstanding bugs, usability issues and useful suggestions that have fallen on deaf ears and been outstanding for years, you'd have to ask whether that statement is true.   :-/
