See Sparx' white paper for configuration management (should be in the Resources page).

It depends from your requirements and your group size.

For professional working with a lot of users consider using a DBMS.

For just trying something or small groups you may use a shared *.eap file. If you use a shared *.eap file in a group be aware that problems may occur. It depends from ... I don't know.

If you have a complex project with special requirements consider requesting help.

Here in the forum you will find a lot of information from different viewpoints for this topic.

Best regards,

Hello Helmut,

i will follow the dbms approach.
Using Oracle databases...is it necessary to have a diffrent user/schema with tables for each projekt i want to transfer to the dbms ?

Thanks for your help,

Hans-Jörg

Hello Hans-Jörg,

each EA- Repository in Oracle is represented by a user / schema. That's the same logic as with a *.eap file.

Whether you use one repository for one project or one repository for all projects depends on your requirements.
