Manage locks

I'd like to see the manage locks functionality moved or added to the existing apply/release user lock option when you right click in the browser . ( still for admin users only )

The current manage locks dialogue box is unfriendly( and not resizable to make it worse )

In practice -  right click as admin to override any existing lock , maybe with secondary password confirmation to prevent accidental unlocks
