how to define a Project Role template?

Hello! In a BPMN project i've deleted all the Role related to the software developing process and added the roles related to the kind of process that we want to describe.
(Setting->Project Types-> People: TAB=Project Roles)

I should like to use this customization for some new projects.
So I've exported my project in XMI but I cannot find the Project Roles in such file. In fact even if I import this file in an empty project I cannot get my customization.

I see that this kind of data are exported in "reference data" XML file, but in which way can we import automatically creating a new project ?

Modify the base model (Installdir)\EABase.eap to contain the project role.
