Set font in a diagram/element note
« on: August 31, 2009, 06:38:34 pm »
Currently the Note thingies that are associated to either an element or drawn as part of the diagram have minor formatting capabilities such as Bold, Italics, Underline and Text color.

Many times I find myself trying for format notes as tables. There is no tables capabilities in a Note element. However, this would have been easily circumvented if one could set the font of an element to a FIXED SIZE font such as Courier.

With a fixed size font one can at least nicely format tables in a note element. Because they are not then the "tables" look all jagged.

I can set a text element/note to display with a fixed width font. As long as I remember I've been able to change the font these are displayed with on the diagram.

Of course that doesn't change the note editor itself, so it's not easy to compose virtual tables without pasting from notepad or similar.
