Call Behaviour Action Pins
« on: January 14, 2016, 03:26:42 am »
When I create a call behaviour action (EA 12.1, build 1224) and type it by an activity that
1. already exists in the model
2. has activity parameters

The call behaviour that is created shows the activity pins but does not show their type. If I double click on the activity pin and then click "OK" on the properties dialogue box, EA then updates the diagram and also shows the type of the action pin.

I've checked and the are no (obvious) display options that are hiding the types from the diagram

This is a bug introduced in the early V12.1 alpha/beta versions. See also http://sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,11104.0.html.
I reported the bug in October last year when V12.1 was in Beta. I personaly did not belief that V12.1 will be released with this bug in UML standard diagrams, but it is released and it is also there in today's release (build 1226).
For me personaly this is a show stopper for V12.1, because I have lots of activity diagrams which are not understandable without displayed types of action pins.
If you have problems with that, I recommend you to remain on V12.

Feedback from a happy user!
I confirm that this bug is fixed with build 1230.
So my personal showstopper for V12.1 has gone.
