Random order on the versions in the RAS Registry Browser
« on: February 01, 2016, 10:32:53 pm »
Hi,

I started using the RAS and I've quickly come across some odd behaviour with the registered packages versions; the order of the versions displayed in the drop down list was initially random. Then I updated the Cloud Service to v1.1.10.0, and versions are sorted by Registered Date/Time. Yet I haven't seen this bug fix in the readme file.

It seemed to be ok until I change the version naming convention. EA selects the version with the "greatest" value, instead of selecting the last one in the list.
e.g.
1.0
1.1
3.0
0.2
1.10
1.11
v1.0 --> selected
v0.1
9.1 --> latest (should be selected)

I have an other comment on the versions drop down list: you have to click on the version to activate the drop down list. This could be improved from a UI perspective so it's available when selected.
